Yes you can cancel your order within 24 hours post which you will not be able to cancel your order. We ship all over the world.
Is there a shipping fee?
We have free delivery all over India.
For international orders there is a delivery fee depending on your delivery address. You will be able to view the information at the time of checkout (or you could come to India, its a beautiful country).
How long will it take for my garments to reach me?
You should expect your garment to arrive within 10 - 15 working days within India.
For international deliveries you should receive your orders within 15 - 20 working days depending on the final destination.
If time is not on your side and you want to wear your Since 1988 garments right away please call us on +91 9930013232 to see if an express delivery can be arranged for your order. Please note that additional charges may apply.
Will my whole order be dispatched in one package?
Yes we do our very best to send all items in one box not only is it better for our planet but also saves you the hassle in trying to track multiple orders. On the chance that you have ordered a custom garment which will delay other items to be shipped we will dispatch all the ready items immediately so you can wear your Since 1988 garments as soon as possible.
Exchanges and Returns:
Can I return or exchange a garment?
Unfortunately we do not have a return policy. If you have purchased a garment that is not the right size we are happy to exchange the size for you (Top Tip: Don't know your size, view our Size Chart to help you get the perfect fit). Please ensure that your garment has all the necessary tags, is in its original packaging and is not damaged or soiled (dirty/stained).
My garment is damaged, defective or not the item I ordered? HELP!
Our sincere apologies. We make every effort to ensure that all our garments go through strict quality control standards and inspection. Please write to us and explain the issue and include an image of your damaged, defective or incorrect garment and we shall move heaven and earth to get you your desired product ASAP. Do you have a return pick up service for items that I need to exchange?
We do not have a return pick up service. If you need to exchange a garment you will need to send it to us at your own expense. Save yourself the hassle and view our Size Chart.
What are the various payment methods I can use online and at our store?
Online: We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club and Maestro) for domestic and international online purchases.
Alternatively you can also pay via net banking or use our affiliated online wallets.
At our store: We accept all major credit and debit cards (we do not accept Amex and Diners Club) or you can pay with cash (needless to say your satisfaction is our utmost priority show us some love and give us a hug).
Do you accept Cash On Delivery (COD)?
Currently we do not accept COD but rest assure we are doing our level best to provide you with this service shorty.
